Alumni Events and News |
At Francis Holland, we understand that times are particularly tough for some of the older members of our alumni community, but our FHS spirit is strong and we would like to reassure you that there is help and support available should you need it. With friends and family potentially keeping their distance and communities being asked to ‘self-isolate’, loneliness is a real threat, however, there are ways that our FHS community can try and help you.
If you would like to be put in touch with your nearest ‘Polished Corner' please email alumni@fhs-nw1.org.uk, including your postal address if it’s not already on our network, and on your behalf I can make contact. They may be able to help out with shopping or running errands, or it might be that you’d just like to receive a letter, email or phone call from someone with one common connection: FHS.
If you are on-line, you can also keep up with our alumni community by visiting the alumni network, https://alumni.fhs-nw1.org.uk/, a platform where we share stories of alumni and school news, events and photographs. Here, you can also connect with other Polished Corners. Sadly we have had to close our School doors to pupils and staff this week but our community is very much open as lessons continue for pupils on-line, so please do get in touch. Let’s keep the resilient Quondam spirit alive and well.
With the warmest of thoughts and wishes,
Claire
