The Gambia inspires alumna to produce beautiful lino prints

Alumna Sophia Chitty (Class of 2019) dropped into school last week, showing Art Teacher Helen Gardner these beautiful lino prints. Sophia completed the prints at home while on lockdown, drawing inspiration from her recent travels to The Gambia, sadly curtailed due to the pandemic. Sophia used her travel photos to work from in order to complete the prints. She also taught her mum the art of lino printing! We hope you agree these look spectacular!
