On Thursday, 25th September, we had the pleasure of welcoming the Class of 1995 back to Francis Holland, Regent's Park for a reunion.
The event was beautifully organised by Dominique Wenninger and Natalie Kustow (both Class of 1995), who brought together a wonderful group of alumnae for the occasion.
The afternoon began with a warm welcome to our Polished Corners, some of whom had not set foot in the school since 1995. The group enjoyed a tour that included visits to Ivor Place and Linhope House. They were delighted to rediscover the swimming pool and the Art Department once their VI Form Common Room on the top floor of Ivor Place. The Class of 1995 spent time browsing old school newsletters from their year, reminiscing about their days at Francis Holland. When they saw Linhope House, they were captivated by its modern facilities, including the flexible study space, common room and reading room.
Dominique shared, "It was wonderful to return to school and see the changes! Some of the changes were being built during our A-level exams! Such a joyful evening, and we all agreed that somehow no one had changed! So much changes in 30 years, yet somehow the years pass and so much doesn't change too."
The reunion continued with more classmates joining for drinks just around the corner, where childhood stories were shared, memories revisited, and laughter filled the room.
It was a joy to welcome the Class of 1995 home to Francis Holland.
If you would like to organise your own reunion, we would love to hear from you. Please get in touch via alumni@fhs-nw1.org.uk.
