On Tuesday 22nd March, the vast Speech Room at Harrow School resounded with the sound of Verdi’s Requiem. A chorus of 150 students, former pupils and former staff from Harrow and Francis Holland were accompanied by a 70 piece orchestra with 4 outstanding soloists. Students responded musically to David Woodcock’s expert conducting and the performance was meaningful and moving. The performance of the Requiem seemed most poignant at this time of uncertainty.
Many congratulations to all involved.
